Redeemer Lutheran Church of Leisure World is joined with St. Theodore of Canterbury Episcopal Church, Seal Beach, as a congregation of Christian Believers called by God through the presence and power of His Holy Spirit to ...
1) Praise and Thank God for the blessings of life in His world and the new life we have through our Lord Jesus Christ, God's Son and our Savior
2) Grow in our understanding of and commitment to our Lord, to His Truth, and to His saving servant way of life
3) Reach out in Christian Love to all people, especially to the unchurched who reside in our Leisure World Community, welcoming and inviting them to share with us our common God calling
4) Serve God and our neighbor through the faithful stewardship of our time, talent and treasure ~ the blessings God has given to us both individually and corporately
5) Work cooperatively not only with the ELCA and the Pacifica Synod in support of our mutual ministries, but also with other churches and ecumenical ministries, especially those in our Leisure World community.
We do this through weekly Worship in Word and Sacrament and through the daily way by which we live, love and labor both as individuals and as a Christian Church Community.
